Beverly Ann Kirby

Mrs. Beverly Ann Kirby, age 62 of Clarksville, passed away on Saturday, September 10, 2016 at the Tennova Healthcare in Clarksville of natural causes.

She was born March 1, 1954 in Tulsa, Oklahoma the daughter of the late Henry and Emily Cooksey Brown.  She was Elder of the Christ the Healer Church in Clarksville.  She enjoyed reading, playing and listening to music and traveling.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one grandson Devonte Morris.  She is survived by her husband Pastor Emeritus W.B. Kirby of Clarksville; four sons Timothy Kirby (Mary) of Tacoma, Washington, David Kirby of Clarksville, Robert Kirby of Beggs, Oklahoma and Leon Brown of Tulsa, Oklahoma; five daughters Sharon Kirby, Kawanda Moss (James), Shonda Williams (Mallito) and Dionne Jermeia all of Clarksville and Alnetta Morris (Damon) of Tulsa, Oklahoma; one brother Morris Curry (Melba) of Bacaville, California; one sister Emily Allen of Oklahoma and fifteen grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

Visitation with the Kirby family will be on Saturday from 11:00 until 1:00 at the Christ the Healer Church, 1295 Paradise Hill Road, Clarksville, Tennessee.  Funeral services are scheduled to be conducted on Saturday at 1:00 at the Christ the Healer Church with Bishop Calvin Lockett officiating.  Interment will be on Monday morning at 11:00 at the Kentucky Veterans West Cemetery in Hopkinsville, Kentucky.
