Bro. Marty Heltsley

Mr. Marty J. Heltsley, age 61 of Russellville and formerly of Todd County, passed away on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 due to injuries from a vehicle accident.

He was born May 14, 1954 in Russellville, Kentucky the son of the late Melrose and Lorene Clark Heltsley.  He was in the United States Airforce for 20 years where he served in Vietnam.  He loved pastoring, his family and enjoyed fishing.

He was preceded in death by his parents as well as two brothers Roy and Barkley Bailey.  He is survived by his wife Marcia Heltsley of Russellville; one daughter Bobbi Jo Peltier of South Dakota; three brothers Jr. Heltsley of Sharon Grove, Bill Bailey of New Mexico and Buddy Bailey of California.  Also surviving are two grandchildren.

Visitation with the Heltsley family will be on Sunday, December 20^th from 5:00 until 8:00 at the Todd County Funeral Home.  Funeral service is scheduled to be conducted on Monday, December 21^st at 2:00 with Rev. Hank Hubbs officiating.  Interment will follow at the Gant Cemetery.
