Mrs. Ethel "Netchel" Ford, age 83 of the Stringtown Community, passed away on Wednesday morning July 30th at the Christian Heights Nursing & Rehab Center in Pembroke, Kentucky of natural causes.
Mrs. Ford was born June 30, 1931 in Elkton, KY the daughter of the late Henry and Cordie Markham Wilson. She was a member of Stokes Chapel Church and was a retired administrator of the Volta Drug & Alcohol Rehabilitation Program of Western State. She was preceded in death by her parents as well as her first husband J.C. Thornsberry, her second husband D.L. Ford, one brother Hickman Wilson and two sisters Shirley Case and Bess Wheeler. She is survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation with the Ford family will be on Saturday evening from 5:00 until 8:00 at the Todd County Funeral Home. Funeral services are scheduled to be conducted on Sunday afternoon at 2:00 in the Rose Chapel of the Todd County Funeral Home with Bro. Gary Chapman officiating. Interment will follow at the Stokes Chapel Cemetery.
