Evelyn Mallory

Mrs. Evelyn Mallory, age 85 of Elkton, passed away on Tuesday July 21^st at Grace Healthcare in Clarksville, TN of natural causes.

She was born May 16, 1930 in Christian County, Kentucky the daughter of the late Clarence and Jessie Hightower Cowherd.  She was a member of the Providence United Methodist Church.  She was former owner of Mallory’s and was active in Todd County Senior Citizens.  She loved her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents as well as her husband J.G. Mallory and her sister Elizabeth “Libby” Miller.  She is survived by one son Terry Mallory (Jane) of Elkton as well as two grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Visitation with the Mallory family will be on Friday evening from 5:00 until 8:00 at the Todd County Funeral Home.  Funeral services are scheduled to be conducted on Saturday morning at 11:00 in the Rose Chapel of the Todd County Funeral Home with Butch Hester officiating.  Interment will follow at the Glenwood Cemetery in Elkton.
