Gloria Charlene McGar

Mrs. Gloria Charlene Scott McGar, age 55 of Allegre, passed away on Tuesday, February 20^th at the Logan Memorial Hospital in Russellville of natural causes.

She was born December 17, 1962 in Hopkinsville, Kentucky the daughter of the late J.D. and Mary Katherine (Johnson) Scott.

She was Baptist by faith.  She loved painting, reading and crocheting.

She was preceded in death by her parents as well as two brothers Danny and John Scott and two sisters Brenda Heflin and Judy Tilley.  She is survived by her husband Donald McGar of Allegre; four sons Donnie McGar of Hopkinsville, Robert McGar of Gracey, Keith McGar of Allegre and Joshua McGar of Pembroke; one daughter Tonya Samples of Elkton; one brother Michael Scott of Hopkinsville; three sisters Carolyn Scott of Clarksville, Peggy Heflin of Hopkinsville and Virgie Carter of Elkton and seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Visitation with the McGar family will be on Friday from 5:00 until Memorial Service time at 7:00 in the Rose Chapel of the Todd County Funeral Home with Paul Heflin and Greg Bell officiating.
