Henry Walker

Mr. Henry R. Walker, age 94 of Pleasant View, Tennessee, passed away on Monday evening, July 25, 2016 at Tennova Healthcare in Clarksville of natural causes.

He was born November 19, 1921 in Todd County, Kentucky the son of the late James and Edna Fillinger Walker.  He was a Presbyterian by faith.  He loved fishing, gardening, baseball and his family especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren. 

He was preceded in death by his parents as well as three brothers Bill, Kenneth and Edward Walker and one sister Evelyn Walker.  He is survived by one son Scott Walker of Lavergne, Tennessee; two daughters Ginnie Hand of Pleasant View, Tennessee and Kay Bolstad of Smyrna, Tennessee.  Also surviving are eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Visitation with the Walker family will be on Thursday from 4:00 until 6:00 at the Cook-Webb Funeral Home.  Memorial service is scheduled to be conducted on Thursday evening at 6:00 in the Chapel of the Cook-Webb Funeral Home with Shane Hessey officiating.
