Homer Clay Coppage

Mr. Homer Clay Coppage, age 75 of Guthrie, passed away on Thursday evening, May 12, 2016 at Jennie Stuart Medical Center in Hopkinsville of natural causes.

 

He was born November 24, 1940 in Todd County, Kentucky the son of the late Homer D. and Mary Jenkins Coppage.  He served in the United States Army where he was a Vietnam veteran.  He was retired from Emerson Electric.  He loved his family, friends, fishing and playing cards.

 

He was preceded in death by his parents.  He is survived by one brother Robert L. Coppage of Guthrie and one sister Mary Lou McEwing of Guthrie.

 

Visitation with the Coppage family will be on Sunday evening from 5:00 until 7:00 at the Cook-Webb Funeral Home.  Funeral service is scheduled to be conducted on Monday morning at 11:00 in the Chapel of the Cook-Webb Funeral Home with Reverends Ethan E. Eadens and Bill Cohoon officiating.  Interment will follow at the Todd County Meadow Haven.
