James Dwayne Case

Mr. James “Dwayne” Case, age 48 of the Stringtown Community, passed away on Thursday August 28th at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN due to injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident.

Mr. Case was born September 9, 1965 in Todd County, Kentucky the son of the late James and Shirley Wilson Case.  He was a member of the Stokes Chapel Church.  He was an avid motorcyclist and outdoorsman.

He was preceded in death by his parents.  He is survived by one son Daniel Case of Elkton; one daughter Shirley Houchens (Clay) of Russellville; one sister Sheila McIntosh of Elkton and one grandchild.

Visitation with the Case family will be on Saturday evening from 5:00 until 8:00 at the Todd County Funeral Home.  Funeral services are scheduled to be conducted on Sunday afternoon at 2:00 in the Rose Chapel of the Todd County Funeral Home with Rev. Buddy Weatherford officiating.  Interment will follow at the Stokes Chapel Cemetery.
