Lisa Mayfield

Mrs. Lisa Spray Mayfield, age 43 of Auburn, passed away on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at Norton Brownsboro Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky of natural causes.

She was born March 26, 1972 in Indiana the daughter of the late J.B. Baskerville and Mary Covey.  She was a member of the Christian Life Assembly of God.  She managed the Help is on the Way charity.  She loved her family, loved to cook and enjoyed karaoke.

She was preceded in death by her parents as well as two daughters Heather Spray and Dakota Lynn Mayfield; two brothers Randy Baskerville and Kenny Dale Covey and two sisters Amy Hardison and Rita Baskerville.  She is survived by her husband Christopher Mayfield of Auburn; four sons Anthony Gilbert Jr. and Josh Gilbert both of Auburn and Addison and Keyston Mayfield both of Russellville; one daughter Cora Mayfield of Russellville; seven brothers Tracy, Robert and Ty Baskerville all of Russellville, Henry Baskerville of Claymour, Johnny Baskerville of Elkton, Mike and Richard Covey both of Indiana and five sisters Lisa Baskerville and Brenda Watkins both of Russellville, Linda Hamilton, Tonya Reconnu and Angie Quillen all of Indiana.

Visitation with the Mayfield family will be on Sunday from 5:00 until 7:00 at the Todd County Funeral Home.  Funeral service is scheduled to be conducted on Monday morning at 11:00 in the Rose Chapel of the Todd County Funeral Home with Rev. Nathan Cockrill officiating.  Interment will follow at the Memorial Gardens in Russellville.
