Paul R. Miller

Mr. Paul R. Miller, age 85 of Elkton, passed away on Sunday morning, July 31, 2016 at St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee of natural causes.

He was born September 17, 1930 in Todd County, Kentucky the son of the late James Milton and Rosa Beatrice Powell Miller.  He was a member of Petrie Memorial United Methodist Church and he loved his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents as well as two brothers George Summerfield and James Everett Miller and three sisters Janie Miller, Rose Murrey and Ann Smith.  He is survived by his wife of 59 years Elaine Miller of Elkton; two daughters Paula Miller McWhirter of Clarksville and Connie Miller Smith (Daniel) of Trenton.  Also surviving are three grandchildren Ashley Borders (Chris) of Elkton, Eric Campbell of Newburgh, Indiana and Cole McWhirter (Jenny) of Clarksville and two great grandchildren Taylor and Thomas Borders both of Elkton.

Visitation with the Miller family will be on Tuesday from 4:00 until 8:00 at the Todd County Funeral Home.  Funeral service is scheduled to be conducted on Wednesday afternoon at 2:00 at the Petrie Memorial United Methodist Church with Rev. Mike Miller and Rev. Matt Seel officiating.  Interment will follow at the Glenwood Cemetery in Elkton.
