Steven Ortiz, age 28 of Guthrie, passed away on Friday, October 10th at his home.
Steven was born July 7, 1986 in Lexington, Kentucky son of Blas and Petra Quintel Ortiz. He was a welder of 10 years at the Trane Company in Clarksville where he enjoyed his job. He was a loving husband, father, son and brother.
He is survived by his wifeTabitha Ortiz of Guthrie; one daughter Ana Marie Ortiz of Guthrie; his parents Blas A. Ortiz of Guthrie and Petra Pritchett of Pocahontas, Arkansas; three brothers Patrick Ortiz of Springfield, Tennessee, Marco Ortiz of Murfreesboro, Tennessee and Matthew Ortiz of Clarksville, Tennessee and one sister Danielle Pritchett of Pocahontas, Arkansas.
Visitation with the Ortiz family will be held on Wednesday October 15th from 4:00 until funeral service time at 7:00 at the Cook-Webb Funeral Home. Funeral service is scheduled to be conducted on Wednesday evening at 7:00 in the chapel of the Cook-Webb Funeral Home with Reverend Buck Tidwell officiating. A private burial will follow at a later date.
