Victoria "Vicky Rae" Slade

Ms. Victoria “Vicky Rae” Slade, age 23 of Guthrie, passed away on Sunday morning, May 1, 2016 at her home of natural causes.

She was born June 15, 1992 in Champagne, Illinois the daughter of Tim Slade.  She loved Pittsburgh Steelers football and loved her family especially her nieces and nephews.

She is survived by her father Tim Slade (Shannon) of Guthrie; paternal grandparents William Slade (Rose) and Vicky Robertson all of Guthrie; four brothers Cody Slade of Guthrie, Kalob Slade of Hopkinsville, Ben Maddox of Erin, Tennessee and Anthony Kinser of Allensville and one sister Danielle Slade of Guthrie.

Visitation with the Slade family will be on Tuesday from 4:00 until 8:00 at the Cook-Webb Funeral Home.  Funeral service is scheduled to be conducted on Wednesday at 1:00 in the Chapel of the Cook-Webb Funeral Home with Rev. Shane Hessey officiating.  Interment will follow at the Highland Cemetery.
