Willie Francis Taylor

Ms. Willie Francis Taylor, age 71 of Russellville, passed away on Wednesday January 20, 2016 at her home of natural causes.

She was born April 9, 1944 in Logan County, Kentucky the daughter of the late Willie N. and Mae Etta Barker Taylor.  She was a member of the Bank Street AME Zion Church.  She loved her family, playing bingo, cooking and traveling.

She was preceded in death by her parents.  She is survived by one son Donald "Bubba" Taylor (Johnnie) of Russellville; three daughters Deborah Taylor, Regina Taylor and Glenda Watkins all of Russellville; four brothers Sammie Taylor of Russellville, Wendell Taylor and Chris Riley both of Princeton, Kentucky and Freddie Riley of Lexington, Kentucky; one sister Lois Ann Taylor of Russellville; ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Visitation with the Taylor family will be on Friday evening from 5:00 until 7:00 at the Todd County Funeral Home & Cremation Service.  There will be visitation again on Saturday from 11:00 until funeral service time at 1:00 at the Bank Street AME Zion Church in Russellville.  Funeral service is scheduled to be conducted at 1:00 at the Bank Street AME Zion Church in Russellville with Rev. Eddie Bigbee and Pastor Margaret Mena officiating.  Interment will follow at the Townsend Grove Cemetery in Adairville, Kentucky.
