Winifred "Winnie" Geneva Adler

Ms. Winifred “Winnie” Geneva Adler, age 82 of Nashville, passed away on Tuesday evening, July 26, 2016 at the Alive Hospice in Nashville of natural causes.

She was born October 2, 1933 in Nashville, Tennessee the daughter of the late William G. and Minnie Jones Adler.  She was a member of Third Baptist Church in Nashville.  She was very active in the class of 1951 where she was an Alumni of East Nashville High School.

She was preceded in death by her parents.  She is survived by one daughter Teri Adler of Nashville; one brother Robert “Bob” Adler of Nashville and one grandson Matthew Adler of Nashville.

Visitation with the Adler family will be on Saturday from 12:00 until funeral service time at the Hibbett & Hailey Funeral Home in Nashville, Tennessee.  Funeral service is scheduled to be conducted on Saturday afternoon at 2:00 at the Hibbett & Hailey Funeral Home with Shane Hessey officiating.  Interment will follow at the Woodlawn Memorial Gardens in Nashville.
