Shane Hessey - Owner
Shane is the owner of both the Todd County and the Cook - Webb Funeral Homes. Shane has dedicated his life to the funeral homes and to Todd County. With over 17 years of experience, Shane has a deep passion for the business and working for the families that the funeral homes serve. Shane has always since a very young age had the dream of owning a funeral home so he could provide the level of service that a family deserves at the time of death.
In addition to funeral service Shane worked as a Forensic Death Investigator for the State of Tennessee and Davidson County for a number of years. Shane currently works full time at the funeral homes and pastors a small country church. Shane invites anyone to visit him at the funeral home at anytime.
Billy Cook Webb - Funeral Director
Mr. Webb, better known in the community as "Billy Cook" has a lifetime of funeral experience. The Cook - Webb Funeral Home was established in 1910 by his grandparents and Mr. Webb still today works at the funeral home. After several years of retirement he and his wife Betty Webb have returned to serve the families that choose Cook - Webb Funeral Home. Mr. and Mrs. Webb are active members of the Guthrie Baptist Church.
Novice Martin- Funeral Director & Embalmer
Mr. Martin the previous owner of the Martin Funeral Home is available when families ask for his assistance at the Todd County Funeral Home. Mr. Martin sold Martin Funeral Home to Shane Hessey in 2003 and works on as-needed basis.
Mr. Martin and wife Izeta Martin were the owners of the funeral home for 32 years and are proud of the changes and the growth of the funeral home. Mr. and Mrs. Martin are active members of the Petrie Memorial Untied Methodist Church.
Jason Hancock - Funeral Director
Jason is a native of Pembroke and worked for a number of years at the Maddux Funeral Home in Pembroke and the Maddux Fuqua Hinton Funeral Home at Hopkinsville until corporate layoffs eliminated his career after many years of service. Jason is a key part of the Todd County and the Cook - Webb Funeral Homes and has brought to us dedicated service.
Tiffiany Conklin - Secretary
Tiffiany has worked at the Cook - Webb Funeral Home for 5 years and is now full time at both Cook - Webb and Todd County Funeral Homes.
Tiffiany is a native of Guthrie and loves Todd County. She is active in the Senior Citizens of Guthrie.
Ann Henderson Gardner - Family Service
Ann and her mother Francis Henderson owned Gist Flowers in Elkton for 34 years. After retirement from the florist Ann has helped at the funeral home.
Ann enjoys working at both Todd County Funeral Home and Cook Webb Funeral Home where she is able to visit with family and friends.
Jerry Miracle - Family Service
Jerry is better known as Brother Jerry has worked for Todd County Funeral Home for 3 years. He currently pastors a church in Crofton, Kentucky and loves funeral service. He is an asset to the Todd County Funeral Home.
Terry Sayle - Family Service
Terry is a native of Guthrie and has worked at the Todd County Funeral Home for 2 years. Terry is proud to return to his hometown at Guthrie to work at the Cook - Webb Funeral Home as well.
Terry is active at the Tiny Town Baptist Church where he serves as the Minister of Music. Terry is retired from Koppers in Guthrie and hosts breakfast at the Cook - Webb Funeral Home each Friday morning.
