Mrs. Annie Louise Rose, age 67 of Russellville, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, September 4, 2018.
She was born October 16, 1950 in Russellville, Kentucky the daughter of the late James Edward and Elizabeth Allen Mason.
She professed a hope in Christ at an early age. She was baptized and joined Cedar Grove Missionary Baptist Church where she remained until her death.
She worked at Rockwell/BTR for 40 years from which she retired in 2012. She enjoyed doing word search puzzles and learning how to text on her phone and looking on Facebook. She really loved and adored her kids and all her grandkids. She often called and FaceTime them late at night when she couldn’t sleep.
She united in holy matrimony to Joseph Rose and to this union two children was born.
She was preceded in death by her father as well as her brother James Ernest Mason and her sister Fannie Roberta Woodard.
She is survived by her mother Elizabeth A. Mason of Russellville; one son Joseph Rose (Etta) of Simpsonville, Kentucky; one daughter LeCheryal Rose of Bowling Green, Kentucky; two brothers Clarence Mason and Forest Mason (Tammy) both of Russellville; three sisters Gladys Milam, Gracie Woodard and Lillie Mason all of Russellville; six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Also surviving are a host of nieces, nephews and a few special friends Anna Ruth Mason, Barbara Jefferson, Birdie Marable and Claudine Shanklin.
Visitation with the family will be on Saturday, September 8th from 11:00 until funeral service time at 1:00 at the Cedar Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Olmstead, Kentucky with Pastor Perry Dillard officiating. Interment will follow at the Greenwood Cemetery in Russellville with re-pass to follow at the KP Hall in Russellville.
