Mr. Jack Williams, age 88 of Nashville, passed away on Monday, April 30th at St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville of natural causes.
He was born March 2, 1930 in Nashville, Tennessee the son of the late W.B. and Lillian Clark Williams.
He was Baptist by faith and owner of Jack Williams Construction. He loved his family, fishing and his farm in Smith County.
He was preceded in death by his parents as well as three brothers James Williams, John Williams and Harold Clark and one sister Virginia Carnahan. He is survived by his wife Frances Williams of Nashville; daughter Sonja Lynn Williams of Nashville; brother Floyd Williams of Mt. Vernon, Ohio and sister Mable Jewell (David) of Owensboro, Kentucky.
Visitation with the Williams family will be on Thursday from 5:00 until 8:00 at the Woodbine Funeral Home Hickory Chapel in Nashville. Funeral service is scheduled to be conducted on Friday at 1:00 at the Woodbine Funeral Home Hickory Chapel with Shane Hessey officiating. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Nashville.
In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
