Lana Louise Morgan, age 76 of Clarksville and formerly of Guthrie, passed away on Saturday, July 14th at Alive Hospice in Nashville, Tennessee of natural causes.
She was born July 7, 1942 in Guthrie, Kentucky the daughter of the late Eugene and Virginia Lannom Morgan.
She was a lifelong member of the First Christian Church of Guthrie and retired from Precision Printing as a financial controller. She loved her church, family and friends and enjoyed stained glass making, gardening and playing cards.
She was preceded in death by her parents as well as her brothers Tommy, Robert and Jack Morgan. She is survived by five nephews Russell Morgan (Judy) of Clarksville, Grant Morgan (Kathi) of Clarksville, Pat Morgan (Candy) of Maryville, Tennessee, Tommy Morgan (Nancy) of Phenix City, Alabama and Ronald Morgan (Mandy) of Kingston Springs, Tennessee; five nieces Donna Nabb of Guthrie, Kathi Morgan of Clarksville, Deborah Bracey (Terry) of Pleasant View, Tennessee, Angelia LeQuire (Paul) of Franklin and Virginia White (Robert) of Opelika, Alabama; three sister in laws Juanita Morgan of Guthrie, Mary Ann Morgan of Clarksville and Mary Lou Morgan of Opelika, Alabama and great niece Katt Morgan of Clarksville.
Visitation with the Morgan family will be on Monday from 5:00 until 7:00 at the Cook-Webb Funeral Home. Funeral service is scheduled to be conducted on Tuesday morning at 11:00 in the Chapel of the Cook-Webb Funeral Home with Rev. Kimbrough Simmons and Pastor Karen Franklin officiating. Interment will follow at the Highland Cemetery in Guthrie.
