Sandra "Sandy" McKinney

Ms. Sandra “Sandy” McKinney, age 53 of Elkton, passed away on Saturday, July 21^st at her home of natural causes.

She was born April 4, 1965 in Russellville, Kentucky the daughter of David Wayne and Edna Sweeney Christmas.

She was a member of the House of Prayer Church.  She worked at PACS and loved working with the elderly.  She loved her family especially her grandson.

She was preceded in death by her husband Charles McKinney (2011).  She is survived by her daughter Heather Knight of Crofton; her parents David and Edna Christmas of Clifty; two sisters Sherry McGhee (David) of Lewisburg and Lisa Brumfield (Jeff) of Greenville; one grandson Brayden Knight of Crofton and two nephews Brandon McGhee of Lewisburg and Jared Brumfield of Greenville.

Visitation with the McKinney family will be on Tuesday from 5:00 until 8:00 at the Todd County Funeral Home.  Funeral service is scheduled to be conducted on Wednesday at 11:00 at the House of Prayer Church, 829 Todd Deer Lick Road, Lewisburg with Jerry Sweeney, William Pierce and Darrell Dakin officiating.  Interment will follow at the Bivins Cemetery in Clifty, Kentucky.
