Baby Jayden Chase Fultz

Baby Jayden Chase Fultz, stillborn, passed away on Saturday, May 1^st at Jennie Stuart Medical Center in Hopkinsville.

He was born May 1, 2021 in Hopkinsville, Kentucky the son of Luke and Carly Fultz.

He was preceded in death by his paternal great grandparents, Joyce Ward, Bill Fultz and Marion White Jr. and maternal great grandmother, Anna Miller. He is survived by his parents, Luke and Carly Fultz of Elkton; two brothers, Jonathan and Jacob Fultz both of Elkton; a sister, Lily Fultz of Elkton; paternal grandparents, Roy and Candy Fultz of Elkton; maternal grandparents, Samantha and Robert Winn of Sharon Grove and Billy and Kristie Goodnight of Russellville; paternal great grandparents, Margaret and Jack Fisher of Elkton and maternal great grandparents, Freda and Danny Bryant of Claymour and Hicks and Judy Goodnight of Sharon Grove.

Visitation with the family will be on Tuesday from 11:00 until funeral service time at 1:00 in the Rose Chapel of the Todd County Funeral Home with Rev. Donnie Blick and Rev. Chris Skipworth officiating. Interment will follow at the Glenwood Cemetery in Elkton.

Mask will be required as well as social distancing and no hugging or shaking hands.
