Edna Waggoner Obituary
Edna Waggoner, age 85 of Elkton, passed away on Monday, August 3rd at the Hearthstone Place in Elkton of natural causes.
She was born August 20, 1934 in Todd County, Kentucky the daughter of the late Robert Rager and Lutie Hilda Denny Rager Johnson.
She was Baptist by faith. She loved cooking, country music and Live at Libby’s.
She was preceded in death by her parents as well as her husband Morris “Jake” Waggoner and one sister Terri Rager Kirkman. She is survived by one son Richard Waggoner of Clarksville, Tennessee; one brother Charles Rager (Marietta) of Missouri; one sister Imodean Rust of Missouri; special friends Mitch and Cherie Morris of Elkton and Brandi Higgins of Elkton as well as several nieces and nephews.
There will be a private Graveside Service.
