Furman Barnes Jr. Obituary
Furman Eugene Barnes Jr., age 77 of Elkton, passed away on Saturday, May 30th at his home of natural causes.
He was born April 21, 1943 in Laurens County, South Carolina the son of the late Troy and Georgie Pack Barnes.
He was a member of New Life Worship Center and loved to fish.
He was preceded in death by his parents as well as three brothers Charles, Jerry and Ray Barnes and two sisters Elizabeth Rager and Barbara Sullivan. He is survived by his son Gene Barnes; his daughter Renee Aponte (Jose); three grandchildren Judith, Christina and Kaitlyn Thurman and three great grandchildren Shelby Elizabeth Knapp, Xzavier and Brian Rogers all of Clearwater, Florida.
The family chose cremation. There will be no services.
