Loice Sanders, age 96 of Guthrie, passed away on Monday, March 8th at Tennova Healthcare in Clarksville of natural causes.
She was born April 25, 1924 in Robertson County, Tennessee the daughter of the late Samuel and Annie Rives Campbell.
She was a member of Guthrie Baptist Church and was retired from Elkton Bank & Trust Company. She enjoyed collecting antiques, reading and being outdoors.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Sanders; a son, Jerry Sanders; a brother, Wesley Campbell; a sister; Ethel Adkins and a grandson, Chris Henderson. She is survived by two sons, David Sanders (Judy) of Guthrie and John Sanders (Thea) of Louisville; two daughters, Susan Pirkle of Macon, Georgia and Carole Bailey (Ronald) of Louisville; five grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
Visitation with the family will be on Friday from 11:00 until funeral service time at 1:00 in the Chapel of the Cook-Webb Funeral Home in Guthrie with Stephen Childers and Kimbrough Simmons officiating. Interment will follow at the Highland Cemetery in Guthrie.
Mask will be required as well as social distancing and no hugging or shaking hands.
