I imagine you may feel that the pain of losing a loved one is so deep that it will never go away. Yet many have found it helpful to pour out their feelings to God in prayer. The Bible assures us: “Throw your burden upon Jehovah himself, and he himself will sustain you.” (Psalm 55:22) He can give you the courage and the strength to cope. So never underestimate the power of prayer. And if you would like more help in dealing with your grief please visit www.jw.org.

Don't grieve for me now for I am free
I'm following the path god laid for me
I took his hand when I heard him call
I turned my back and left it all
I could not stay another day
To laugh to love to work or play
Tasks undone must stay that way
I've found a place to go at the end of day
If my parting has left you with a void
Then fill it with the memories of joy
A friendship I shared, a laugh a kiss
Ohh yes these things I too will miss
Be not burdened with tears of sorrow
I wish you love and happiness of tomorrow
My life's been full I've cherished so much
With my good friends, good times and loved ones touch
Perhaps my time seemed all to brief
Don't lengthen it now with words of grief
Lift up your hearts and share with me
For god needed an angel to be set free.
(I believe this poem I wrote for would be his words and thoughts to all) R.I.P. my friend

I am so sorry for your loss. I had the honor of knowing Chris for many years. I took care of him when he started dialysis and we became quiet good friends. I later took care of his mom and then recently took care of him again. He shared many stories with me and I know he loved his family dearly. He was always worried about making sure his dad was taken care of. Angelica was his pride and joy and was often spoke of. He will be truly missed by many!
